  • Cancellations are allowed only if the transaction is still pending or failed.
  • Once a recharge/payment is successful, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Users must raise a request immediately for stuck or failed transactions.

Duplicate payment Full Refund
Successful recharge No Refund

4. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 working days and credited back to the original payment method or Billwallah wallet.

5. How to Request a Refund

You can raise a ticket from your Billwallah account or contact us with your transaction ID.
